Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
We implement Business Central for manufacturing, distribution and trading companies: finance, warehouse, production and analytics in one system instead of a dozen spreadsheets.
We reply within one working day. On the call you get a budget range, an indicative timeline and the risks specific to your case. No commitment.
The technology we build on: Dynamics 365 · Power BI · Azure · Power Automate · Microsoft 365
What we solve
On the left is what usually hurts. On the right is how it looks in Business Central after go-live.
The monthly report takes a week and every number disagrees
General ledger, VAT and period close in one loop. Management reporting is built from the same entries accounting works in.
Stock in the system doesn't match what's on the shelf
Lots, serials and costing by the method you chose. Production planning accounts for real materials and capacity, not optimism.
Every department brings its own version of the same number
Dashboards run directly on Business Central data — no exports to Excel, no manual nightly refresh.
Approvals get stuck in email waiting for a person
Power Automate drives requests, reminders and documents. People step in where a decision is needed, not a signature.
Ecosystem
Business Central is not one more app beside the others. It is the core where finance, sales, warehouse and production run on the same data. Pick a module to see what it looks like inside.
Business CentralCore
Stock by location, lot and serial. Cost is calculated by the method you chose, not estimated.
General ledger, invoices, VAT and period close in one place. The report is built from the same data accounting works in.
From quote to shipment without re-entering anything. Prices, discounts and credit limits are checked automatically.
Customer history, cases and the next step sit next to their invoices, not in a separate system.
Stock by location, lot and serial. Cost is calculated by the method you chose, not estimated.
BOMs, routings and MRP. The plan accounts for real materials and capacity, not just intent.
Purchasing, lead times and demand planning. You can see what actually arrives, and when.
Metrics are built on the same Business Central data. One report, one number, no manual consolidation.
Approvals, reminders and routine steps run themselves. People step in where a decision is needed.
Anomaly explanations, demand forecasts and in-context prompts. AI works on top of your data, not instead of it.
Finance, warehouse and sales are the same numbers — not three reports from three systems.
The usual way: Reports assembled in Excel overnight · Warehouse and finance data don't match
Automatic updates, access from any device, infrastructure on Microsoft's side.
The usual way: Upgrades are an expensive, scary project · No access from a phone
Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power BI — with no separate connectors.
Business Central + AI
The data is already in the system. The question is whether anyone asks it anything. Pick an example from the list.

Why NBCS
NBCS (Next Business Consulting Solutions) is a Ukrainian team implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: migration from 1C and BAS, finance, warehouse and manufacturing setup, and support after go-live. We don't try to be a universal integrator. We work only with the Microsoft ecosystem — and that is why we know it deeper.
We work exclusively with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, without spreading across other platforms.
Implementation follows official documentation and AppSource practices — the solution stays upgrade-safe and doesn't lock you to one contractor.
Fixed scope, clear milestones and transparent communication at every stage — no budget surprises.
SLA agreements and proactive monitoring after go-live, not disappearing once the form is signed.
Project team and documentation in Ukrainian and English — convenient for companies with foreign ownership.
No intermediaries
More about the team and approach
The six areas businesses ask for most often. The full list, with timelines and scope, lives on the services page.
We take the system live end to end: processes, data, and a trained team.
We build what the standard lacks — as separate extensions that survive updates.
We take manual approvals, copy-paste and reminders out of the working day.
We help you decide what to automate first and what can wait.
We present business numbers so a manager reads them, not an analyst.
We connect Business Central to your bank, website and warehouse over secure APIs.
We adapt Business Central to the specifics of your industry — from manufacturing to distribution.
Data migration, testing and the first weeks after go-live raise the most questions — so they are described in more detail.
Understanding the business, the goals and the constraints. The output is an agreed scope and an explicit list of what is out of it.
How finance, warehouse and production work today. We record gaps, duplication and every place data is entered twice.
Roadmap, roles, permissions and the list of customisations. This is where we decide what stays standard and what needs an AL extension.
Setting up the modules and building extensions. We stay on standard functionality as long as it covers the process — it keeps future upgrades cheap.
Balances, master data and open documents are moved with totals verified. Deep archives stay in the old system: storing them is cheaper than migrating them. Every load is reconciled against control totals before the system goes live.
We run the scenarios first, then your team runs them on real data. UAT is done when key users complete their daily operations without us — not when a form is signed.
Moving to production on an agreed date, usually at a period boundary. The rollback plan and the list of operations handled manually during cutover are fixed in advance.
After go-live the format is agreed separately: ad-hoc consulting, an hours package or ongoing support with an SLA. The first weeks are the densest — that is when scenarios missing from UAT surface.
Transparent pricing
Three configurations we see most often. The exact number comes from the calculator and a review of your case — but the order of magnitude is visible here.
$15,000–30,000
Finance + basic sales
$35,000–70,000
Finance + warehouse + purchasing + integrations
$70,000–150,000
Manufacturing + custom logic + 5+ integrations
Microsoft licences are paid separately: Essentials $80, Premium $110 per user per month.
Depending on complexity — from 8 to 20 weeks. A standard mid-market implementation takes around 12 weeks.
Yes, we perform full data migration with integrity checks and without stopping your business processes.
Yes. The support format is agreed separately: ad-hoc consultations, a block of hours, or ongoing support with a defined response time, fixed in the contract before go-live.
Yes, through AL extensions we adapt the system to the specific processes of manufacturing, retail or distribution.
Cost depends on the scope of processes and the number of users. We provide an accurate estimate after a free audit.
Yes, integration is native — Power BI, Excel, Outlook and Teams connect with no extra connectors.
The number of modules, users, customisations and integrations. Manufacturing and custom logic move the number the most. Typical configurations run from $15,000 for a quick-start to $70,000–150,000 for an extended project; Microsoft licences are paid separately.
Scope is fixed at the solution design phase. Changes are raised separately with their impact on timeline and budget estimated before work starts — so the final invoice matches what was agreed.
Three recur: the state of data in the old system, key users not having enough time for UAT, and trying to carry over processes that should be simplified instead. All three surface during analysis, and they are exactly what we discuss on the first call.
Yes. A quick-start covers finance and basic sales in 6–10 weeks; warehouse, production and integrations are added in later phases on the same system.
